The hotel offers fantastic, spacious, and very comfortable rooms, but they could have been a bit more spacious. However, the noise from building work upstairs close to the room affected my sleep. The service was exceptional, with helpful staff like Jessica going above and beyond to assist with any inquiries. The location is perfect for exploring Hanoi's old quarter right behind the train street. The dining experience was surprisingly plentiful, offering a nice range of foods despite the small breakfast area. The facilities could be improved to enhance the overall experience.
